The Learning Resource Center (LRC) is a modern four-storey academic facility designed to support students’ learning, research, and independent study. In collaboration with the National Library of Uzbekistan, the LRC provides access to a wide range of physical and digital resources, including books, academic journals, and electronic databases.

The building is organised to accommodate different study needs. The first floor houses the main book collections, reading areas, and borrowing services. The second floor is dedicated exclusively to students, offering a quiet environment with coworking spaces, individual study areas, computer access, and administrative support. The third and fourth floors are designed for student engagement, hosting academic activities, workshops, and events.

The LRC offers a comfortable and well-structured study environment, supported by access to e-books, academic databases, and professional assistance from library staff. It serves as a central academic space where students can study effectively, conduct research, and engage in intellectual development.
