Born on 11 July 1994 in Jizzakh region, he graduated from the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent in 2017.

From 2015 to 2017, he headed the “Result” training center in Tashkent^[1].

On 30 June 2017, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2018, he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan^[2][3]. From 29 August 2019, he served as Chairman of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan ^[4].

Since 29 August 2019, he has also held the position of First Deputy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on youth, science, education, healthcare, culture, and sports^[5].

On 17 January 2020, he was appointed as a member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis[6] by the President of Uzbekistan.

On 30 June 2020, the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established, ^[7] and on 10 July, Alisher Sadullaev was appointed as its Director, leaving his position as First Deputy Advisor to the President^[8].

On 20 December 2022, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced a reform reducing the number of ministries and agencies from 61 to 28. The Youth Affairs Agency was merged into the newly established Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports. Adham Ikramov[9] was appointed as Minister, while Alisher Sadullaev became First Deputy Minister, retaining his previous responsibilities.
